The piece
A vanity that earns its place in the room.
Most bath cabinets are fixtures — particleboard boxes screwed to a wall, built to be replaced. Basel is furniture. Solid oak, dovetail joinery, real stone. The kind of thing you keep.
It stands on its own four legs, so the floor reads as floor and the room breathes. Soft-close drawers run on full-extension slides; the honed stone top is sealed and ready for a wet room.
